Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change. The following cancellation terms apply to direct reservations made with Driftwood Homes & Rentals.

Payment schedule

Fifty percent (50%) of the reservation total is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before arrival.

Cancelling seven or more days before arrival

If you cancel at least seven (7) days before your scheduled arrival, 50% of the amount you have already prepaid is refundable.

For clarity: if the reservation total is $2,000 and you have prepaid $1,000, the refundable amount is $500.

Cancelling fewer than seven days before arrival

If you cancel fewer than seven (7) days before your scheduled arrival, the amount you have prepaid is non-refundable.

Security-deposit and pre-authorization requirements vary by property and are shown during the booking process. Please review the terms displayed for your selected property before confirming your reservation.

To request a cancellation or ask about the terms attached to your reservation, please contact Driftwood Homes & Rentals using the contact information in your booking confirmation. Include the name on the reservation, property and scheduled arrival date.
